The Technology and Innovation Centre (TIZ) offers start-ups, companies in the start-up stage and renowned companies ideal conditions for business success. Flexible office space, conference rooms, co-working spaces and storage areas are located on 18,000 m².

The bistro is operated by Caseda Gastro Services.

Caseda has been serving its customers for over 10 years, mainly canteens for companies and municipal institutions as well as catering for events of all types and sizes. The head office is in Darmstadt’s Weststadt and the businesses are located in Darmstadt, the rural region around Darmstadt and in Frankfurt.
